Injury Forces Isei Nakamura Out Tuesday, August 12th, 2014 Saitama Seibu Lions reliever Isei Nakamura suffered a torn labrum during a recent game with the ORIX Buffaloes and will miss 4 months. Nakamura told BNN, "I hurt it throwing a pitch. I'm optimistic that I will be back quicker than they say." This season Nakamura is 2-and-2 with 1 save and a 8.41 ERA. He has given up 64 hits in 46 innings with 51 strikeouts. |
