Kumagai Selected CL's Best Hitter Tuesday, October 29th, 2013 Naruhiko Kumagai was hitting on all cylinders in 2013, making Yokohama a very happy organization. He put up some solid numbers this year and was awarded the Central League's Silver Slugger Award today. The center fielder piled up 94 hits, 11 doubles, 3 triples, 28 home runs and 73 RBI on the way to crafting a .369 batting average. |
