Delaney 5-5 Against Gamecocks Wednesday, April 11th, 2012 The Seminoles tripped up the Gamecocks 18-2 today, led by John Delaney, their 18-year-old second baseman. He tagged South Carolina pitching for 5 hits, making life miserable for them the entire game. John Delaney singled in the 2nd, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and doubled in the 7th. Thus far this year Delaney is batting .389 with 1 home run, 3 RBIs and 6 runs scored. |
