General Manager Fowler Axed by Long Beach State Thursday, June 4th, 2015 News out of Long Beach State is not cheery today as the 49'ers have discharged general manager Kevin Fowler. One of the league's most vulnerable GM's, Fowler has had a bull's eye on his back ever since the team's fortunes started to fade, but had somehow endured until today. Upper management thanked Fowler for his service, but have already begun seeking a replacement. |
