Brown Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Sunday, April 12th, 2015 Chalk up another one for Vanderbilt first baseman Bob Brown. He now has hit in 20 straight games. Brown went 1-for-4 today's game at Ballpark of Barrow College. However, his club was defeated 6-4 by Miami. Bob Brown doubled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th and struck out in the 7th. Brown is batting .341 this season in 12 games with 4 home runs, 12 RBIs and 5 runs scored. He has 15 hits in 44 at-bats. |
