Brown Selected SBL Player of the Week Monday, April 21st, 2014 Vanderbilt Commodores fans are celebrating Bob Brown's selection as Skip Bertman League Player of the Week. Brown put up some serious numbers over the past seven days as he cracked 13 hits in 25 at-bats. The 21-year-old first baseman hit .520, drove in 9 runs, scored 7 times and hit 4 home runs. This year Brown is hitting .466 with 34 hits, 10 home runs, 24 RBIs and has scored 18 runs. |
