Sycamores Lose Hernández, Suspended for 10 Games

Indiana State reliever Adrián Hernández was suspended by the league for 10 games yesterday after testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance.
In announcing the suspension, the commissioner's office did not say why Hernández was suspended. His failed drug test was confirmed by a baseball official who spoke on condition of anonymity because the specifics weren't included in the release.
"I have no one to blame but myself," Hernández said in a statement that did not explain how he ran afoul of baseball's drug rules. "I take full responsibility for my actions and accept the suspension. I used extremely poor judgment and deserve to be held accountable."
His agent told BNN, "He is anxious to get back to work. I believe he'll be a better person and a better player moving forward."

Ohio State Buckeyes's left fielder, Brown, Hosts Fantasy Football Draft Party

The Ohio State Buckeyes 20 year old LF is hosting this year's fantasy football team draft later this month. When a local reporter asked him about this, he had some interesting comments. "A lot of the teammates have partaken in this activity in the past and it leads to players staying in even better touch during the offseason. Guys like Cain Chatfield are a ton of fun to hang out with on or off the field. A lot of ribbing and friendly banter during the winter months gives us even more incentive to stay in contact with one another. They won't hear the end of it when I run up the score on them, that can be assured."
