June's Pitcher of the Month Goes to Koch Saturday, July 1st, 2017 Over the past month Dave Koch has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the August Herrman League. He proved all that and now he's been named June's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Sanford Stingrays posted 4-1 mark and a 1.58 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 40 innings, permitted 31 hits and fanned 34 batters. This year Koch has a 7-5 record with a 2.42 ERA. |
