AHL Announces Player of the Week Monday, May 22nd, 2017 It was a fantastic week for Bethesda first baseman Tim Perry and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the August Herrman League Player of the Week Award. Last week Perry hammered the ball at a torrid .448 pace, going 13-29 with 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Perry has collected 50 hits for the Hornets this year, 8 of them home runs. He has also netted 27 RBIs and scored 26 runs while batting .318. |
