Al Padgett Named Premier BOL Batsman Tuesday, November 1st, 2016 Al Padgett of the San Angelo Mustangs enjoyed a gourmet season at the dish in 2016. With the numbers he put up, there was little doubt that he'd be taking home the Buck O'Neil League Silver Slugger Award. He put up 156 hits in 560 at-bats for a .279 average while amassing 33 doubles, 2 triples, 22 home runs, 101 walks, a .389 on-base percentage, 101 RBIs and 86 runs scored. |
