Mustangs Fernández Out of Action Saturday, September 26th, 2015 San Angelo starting pitcher Carlos Fernández left today's game with bone chips in his elbow. The injury looked like it occurred throwing a pitch in the game against Kingwood. One fan said, "As soon as it happened, you could tell something was wrong." The injury will likely leave the Mustangs without Fernández for about 5-6 months. In 31 starts this season Fernández has rung up a 11-12 record and a 3.62 ERA. |
