Stealers Chill Bodin's Hot Streak Sunday, August 2nd, 2015 Lady Luck was not on the side of Mathieu Bodin or his teammates today at Tim Raines Stadium. Everything went the Cherry Hill Stealers way. They not only came away with a 4-3 victory, but also held Bodin hitless in 4 at-bats to put an end to the center fielder's 20-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Bodin said afterward. "But it'd be much easier to take right now if we had won." For the season Bodin has produced 112 hits in 418 at-bats for a .268 average with 1 home run and gotten on base at a .331 clip. |
