Bob McAllister Suffers Injury Saturday, July 26th, 2014 Team doctors diagnosed Bob McAllister with a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and told the Penzance Pirates reliever that he will miss 9 months. McAllister was hurt throwing a pitch in a game against the Roman Fascists. To date this year, he has registered 2 saves, 2 wins and 2 losses with a 5.20 ERA. McAllister has made 57 relief appearances, worked a total of 53.2 innings and surrendered 58 hits. He has fanned 70, issued 22 free passes and held opposing clubs to a .271 batting average. |
