Red-Hot Richter Scorches Saints Monday, April 21st, 2014 The Winfield Warriors swept past the St. Paul Saints 16-0 today at Saints Ballpark and were paced by center fielder Jim Richter. The 23-year-old Richter got 5 hits in 6 at-bats, helping to send St. Paul down to defeat. Jim Richter singled in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI triple in the 6th and doubled in the 8th. So far this year Richter has hit .300 with no home runs, 2 RBIs and 8 runs scored. |
