Smith Wins FFL Player of the Week Honors Monday, September 3rd, 2012 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Bill Smith was rewarded with the Ford Frick League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Madison Beehive shortstop hit .464 while collecting 13 hits in 28 at-bats, 2 home runs and 10 RBIs. This season Smith is batting .389 with 22 RBIs, 18 runs scored and 5 home runs. |
