Frederick of Blackpool Crowned Best Player Monday, September 25th, 2017 Kris Frederick made quite a splash in the Alexander Cartwright League this past week. The Blackpool Gamblers center fielder drilled opposing pitchers for 10 hits in 20 at-bats to roll up a .500 batting average and the Alexander Cartwright League Player of the Week Award. He also contributed 4 home runs, 13 RBIs and 7 runs scored to his club's offensive attack. Frederick currently has a .243 batting average with 99 hits, 21 homers, 68 RBIs, 76 runs scored and a .344 OBP. |
