Greene and Vallance Brawl, League Suspends Them Tuesday, August 15th, 2017 Murfreesboro's Robby Greene and Frisco's Johnny Vallance have been handed 2-game suspensions for their parts in yesterday's upheaval at William Spade Park. The teams were notified today that the suspensions would go into effect immediately. According to the league commissioner Greene and Vallance provoked and incited the brawl and bore the blame for what transpired. This year Greene is batting .329 with 4 home runs. He has scored 42 runs and driven in 35. For the season Vallance has logged 5 wins and 4 losses and struck out 80 batters in 74.2 innings while compiling a 4.46 ERA. |
