Bell Sidelined for 4-5 Months Wednesday, August 3rd, 2016 Roger Bell of the Sandy Springs Spartans could be headed for the disabled list after suffering a ruptured achilles tendon in a game against the Ottawa Outlaws. He is expected to miss at least 4-5 months. The Sandy Springs third baseman was injured running the bases. Presently Bell is batting .257 with 7 home runs and 40 RBIs. He has played in 77 games and scored 41 times. |
