Chappell Takes ACL #1 Pitcher Trophy Monday, August 1st, 2016 The July Pitcher of the Month has been chosen and the Alexander Cartwright League award went to Lake of the Isles hurler, Bob Chappell. During the month, Chappell was impressive with a 1.99 ERA and 4 wins and 1 loss. In 40.2 innings he struck out 34 and gave up 35 hits and 8 walks. To date this season Chappell is 10-6 with 22 starts and an ERA of 3.45 with 151 strikeouts in 140.2 innings. |
