FFL's #1 Batter Announced Friday, July 1st, 2016 Tsuruki Kiyomizu of the Rock River Rats had a field day with Ford Frick League pitchers last month and was crowned the Batter of the Month as a result. During June he compiled a .385 batting average, drove in 32 runs and scored 19 times. He also managed to pick up 3 walks to post a .402 on-base percentage. Posting a .311 batting average to date, Kiyomizu has 20 home runs and 61 RBIs. |
