Latham Picked ACL Player of the Week Monday, September 7th, 2015 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Ashton Latham was rewarded with the Alexander Cartwright League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Grand Haven Whitecaps right fielder hit .429 while collecting 9 hits in 21 at-bats, 2 home runs and 6 RBIs. So far in 2015 Latham is batting .286 with 29 home runs, 103 RBIs and 109 runs scored. He has 146 hits in 510 at-bats and a .409 OBP. |
