ACL Announces Best Pitcher for April Friday, May 1st, 2015 Over the past month Júlio García has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Alexander Cartwright League. He proved all that and now he's been named April's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Asheville Tourists posted 4-0 mark and a 2.18 ERA. In 5 starts he tossed 33 innings, permitted 17 hits and fanned 47 batters. |
