Galván Wins FFL Honor Monday, July 21st, 2014 There's nothing like being in the prime of your baseball career -- and playing like it. Just ask Arturo Galván, the Wichita right fielder, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Ford Frick League Player of the Week honors. Galván piled up 7 hits in 14 at-bats, 2 home runs and 6 RBIs while hitting .500. This year Galván has 7 home runs and a .245 batting average. |
