Castro Takes Best Bat Trophy in April Wednesday, May 1st, 2013 Luis Castro is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the New York left fielder joined that select company when the Ford Frick League announced the results of April's voting. Castro totaled 35 hits, 15 walks, 11 home runs, 26 RBIs and 26 runs scored last month to put together a .340 batting average and .429 on-base percentage. |
