Star of the Week Selected in KSL Monday, September 18th, 2017 At the age of 31, Rich Sweet might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Indian Wells first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .500 batting average. For his efforts Sweet collected the Kade Stenson League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 12 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 home runs and 10 RBIs last week in 6 games. Currently Sweet is batting .304 with 6 home runs and 32 RBIs. |
