Mizuno Nabs BCL Weekly Award Monday, July 3rd, 2017 The votes have been tallied and the winner of the Blake Camden League Player of the Week has been named. It was awarded earlier today to Sosa Mizuno for his great week at the plate. The Minneapolis second baseman took home the trophy by banging out 11 hits in 22 at-bats for a .500 batting average, driving in 5 runs and scoring 6 times. This year Mizuno is batting .241 with 12 home runs and 49 RBIs. |
