Indian Wells SP Barker Will Miss 7 Months Thursday, April 27th, 2017 Whether he wants it or not, Lee Barker of the Indian Wells Aeropostales will be getting some R & R -- rest and relaxation. The starting pitcher was hurt in today's Aeropostales-Smugglers game while throwing a pitch. Team officials announced after the game that Barker had suffered bone chips in his elbow and would be out of action for 7 months. In 5 starts this season Barker has notched a 1-0 record and a 6.27 ERA. |
