Terence Wright Captures BCL Award
Monday, April 30th, 2012
At the age of 30, Terence Wright might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Chicago shortstop put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .550 batting average. For his efforts Wright collected the Blake Camden League Player of the Week Award.
He racked up 11 hits in 20 at-bats, 2 home runs and 7 RBIs last week in 6 games.
This year Wright has hit at a .321 clip with 14 RBIs, 4 home runs and 13 runs scored.
