Torres Wins KSL Batter of the Month Thursday, September 1st, 2016 For a rookie just breaking in, Alfredo Torres certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the KSL Batter of the Month award for August. The 24-year-old right fielder for the Bristol City Smugglers hit .423 with 12 home runs, 32 RBIs and 24 runs scored. Torres is hitting .331 this season with 14 home runs, 43 RBIs and 45 runs scored. He has 53 hits in 160 at-bats. |
