Au on a Hot Streak, KSL Player of the Week Monday, September 21st, 2015 A hot-hitting week got Li-chi Au the Kade Stenson League Player of the Week trophy. He really wore out his welcome with league pitchers. The El Paso right fielder slammed them for a .485 average, 16 hits in 33 at-bats, 1 home run, 8 RBIs and scored 7 runs. In the postgame press conference, Au shared his hitting philosophy with the BNN scribes: "Just look for the seams and hit between them... nothin' more than that." For the year Au has hit .357 with 18 home runs, 87 RBIs and scored 127 runs. |
