Hot Bat Cooled, Au Hitless Against Mustangs Friday, August 21st, 2015 The Diablos lost to Billings today by the score of 10-5 at Cobb Field, but the bigger story was the end of a hit streak. El Paso right fielder Li-chi Au was working on a 22-game hitting streak, but went 0-for-3 against the Mustangs as the hot stretch came to an end. Au is presently hitting at a .344 pace with 14 home runs and 64 RBIs. He has played in 118 games and scored 99 times. |
