Kade Stenson League Winner is Whitehead Monday, July 6th, 2015 So far in his young career, John Whitehead has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Kade Stenson League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Birmingham Bobcats left fielder hit at a torrid .464 clip as he collected 13 hits in 28 at-bats, 3 home runs, 4 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This year Whitehead is batting .332 with 15 home runs. |
