Kogawa Stretches Hit String to 20 Friday, July 4th, 2014 Today at The Death Star Billings lost to Detroit 4-3, but Mashashi Kogawa kept his consecutive-game hitting streak alive with 1 hit. The Mustangs third baseman has now delivered hits in 20 straight games. Mashashi Kogawa grounded out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd and grounded out in the 5th.
