Cook Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Tuesday, July 2nd, 2013 Billings second baseman Chris Cook wielded a big stick today against the Reformers and his club walked off the field winners by the score of 9-1. Cook helped tame Springfield with 5 hits in 5 at-bats. Chris Cook singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Ron Hodges in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th. This season Cook is batting at a .328 clip with 4 home runs and 25 RBIs. |
