Rincón Wins BCL's Best Bat Trophy Saturday, June 1st, 2013 Not known for his offensive prowess, Anastasio Rincón set the league afire in May and took home the Blake Camden League Batter of the Month award. The Astoria third baseman posted a steady .323 batting average, 10 home runs, 25 RBIs and 26 runs. Looking at his stats this year, Rincón has compiled a .329 batting average, while hitting 15 home runs and driving in 40 runs. He has played in 50 games and scored 41 runs. |
