Bell Wins BCL Player of the Week Prize Monday, April 22nd, 2013 So far in his young career, Hanson Bell has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Blake Camden League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Philadelphia Freedom center fielder hit at a torrid .333 clip as he collected 11 hits in 33 at-bats, 5 home runs, 10 RBIs and 9 runs scored. This season Bell is batting .274 with 23 hits, 5 home runs, 16 RBIs, .319 OBP and has scored 14 runs. |
