BCL's #1 Player, Brooks of Astoria Monday, April 15th, 2013 The marquee name in the Blake Camden League this week is Matt Brooks of the Astoria Argonauts. The hot-hitting 24-year-old center fielder put up a .889 average and .923 on-base percentage, piling up 8 hits in 9 at-bats, 1 home run, 7 RBIs and 6 runs scored. That kind of hitting got him the BCL Player of the Week honors. |
