Thursday, September 28th, 2017
"Things went well for me today. I got 2 hits and the streak is up to 25 games. But we didn't win the game. As you all know, baseball is not about personal accomplishments, its about winning." Those words were spoken by Nick Johnson of the Oklahoma City Prowlers to BNN after his club dropped a 13-8 decision to Dallas. Nick Johnson hit a two-run home run off Steve Johnston in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, struck out in the 6th and flied out in the 7th.
In 151 games this season Johnson has compiled a .316 batting average with 204 hits and 22 home runs. He has also scored 108 times and knocked in 88 runs.
