RCL Star of the Week Chosen Monday, July 31st, 2017 One of the league's most exciting young players, Kiichi Amano of the Seattle Sasquatch earned himself Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 23-year-old first baseman had a lofty .621 average (18-29), collecting 1 home run, 10 RBIs and 6 runs scored. In 105 games this season Amano has compiled a .305 batting average with 130 hits and 30 home runs. He has also scored 70 times and knocked in 84 runs. |
