Thurman Munson League Names Top Player Monday, July 10th, 2017 So far in his young career, Brian McCauley has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Thurman Munson League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Jacksonville Jacks right fielder hit at a torrid .524 clip as he collected 11 hits in 21 at-bats, 1 home run, 10 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far this season McCauley is hitting .358 with 6 home runs, 22 RBIs and 10 runs scored. He has 24 hits in 67 at-bats and a .386 OBP. |
