Sasquatch Juan García Hurt Thursday, July 6th, 2017 The Seattle Sasquatch were dealt a severe blow when Juan García was hurt running the bases recently in a game against the Montreal Bandits. After the game, the team trainer reported García might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 26-year-old center fielder out for the rest of the season with a fractured ankle. They indicated it would take García at least 4-5 months to heal. García on the season is batting .335 with 1 home run. His totals include 19 RBIs and 28 runs scored. He has played in 46 games. |
