Curt Thomas to Miss 6 Months Thursday, July 6th, 2017 Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against Nottinghamshire Outlaws, Texans reliever Curt Thomas was injured throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 6 months with shoulder inflammation. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Dallas skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow. This year Thomas has notched no saves. He has 47 strikeouts and 8 walks in 44.1 innings while registering a 3.05 ERA and a 3-4 won-lost record. |
