Cruz Snags TML Batting Honor in June Saturday, July 1st, 2017 Jesús Cruz, the Kansas City first baseman, had a productive month in June. He put up some solid numbers with a .343 batting average (35 for 102), 12 home runs, 41 RBIs and 31 runs scored. That standout offense earned him the Thurman Munson League Batter of the Month Trophy. For the season Cruz is hitting .314, batted in 74 runs with 23 home runs and 70 runs scored. |
