This Week's Star Player is Bergeron Monday, June 12th, 2017 At the age of 27, Mike Bergeron might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The So Cal left fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .355 batting average. For his efforts Bergeron collected the Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 11 hits in 31 at-bats, 6 home runs and 13 RBIs last week in 7 games. This year Bergeron is hitting at a .349 pace with 22 home runs and 58 RBIs.
