Star SP Cox Signs for 4 years Monday, August 31st, 2015 Minnesota fans celebrated as word of a signing became reality. Franklin Cox won't be pulling up stakes anytime soon, as he has signed a 4-year extension at a pay rate of $3,500,000 per annum. Since he is widely seen as an integral part of the club, Minnesota officials had to keep Cox from jumping ship. Thus far this season, Cox has worked 156.2 innings with 93 strikeouts en route to a 10-9 record and a 3.91 ERA. |
