This Week's Star Player is Hennessey Monday, July 13th, 2015 So far in his young career, Bob Hennessey has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Thurman Munson League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Eureka Hornets third baseman hit at a torrid .480 clip as he collected 12 hits in 25 at-bats, 1 home run, 5 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Presently Hennessey is batting .289 and has collected 5 home runs, 48 RBIs, .359 OBP and scored 45 runs. |
