RCL Star of the Week Announced Monday, May 25th, 2015 Veteran Chris Collins had a great week at the plate for the Bandits to capture the majority of votes for Player of the Week in the Roberto Clemente League. The 33-year-old Montreal left fielder built a .500 average on the strength of 12 hits in 24 at-bats, 4 home runs and 10 RBIs. Thus far this season Collins is hitting .318 with 11 home runs, 39 RBIs and 28 runs scored. He has 54 hits in 170 at-bats and has played in 43 games. |
