Dave Goodwin Out for 6 Months Tuesday, August 26th, 2014 Eureka Hornets reliever Dave Goodwin left yesterday's game against the So Cal Republic after suffering a torn rotator cuff throwing a pitch. Goodwin was taken to the clubhouse for examination by team doctors. A team spokesman told BNN today Goodwin is expected to miss 6 months. Goodwin's record this year is 2-and-0 with 1 save and a 3.31 ERA. He has given up 38 hits in 35.1 innings with 29 strikeouts. |
