Week's #1 Player Honored by RCL Monday, June 16th, 2014 Roberto Guzmán showed showed his stuff this past week as the veteran rode a hot streak all the way to Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors. The 35-year-old Barn Owls right fielder compiled a .464 average (13-28), 5 home runs and 11 RBIs. So far this season Guzmán is batting .292 with 21 home runs, 53 RBIs and 47 runs scored. He has 74 hits in 253 at-bats, 14 walks and a .338 OBP. Guzmán has played in 63 games. |
