Gould Fires Shutout in Jokers Win Sunday, June 16th, 2013 Maurice Gould of the Las Vegas Jokers really did a job on the Republic today at Staples Field @ The Rose Bowl, shutting them out 2-0. Gould frustrated So Cal hitters throughout the game, surrendering 3 hits. He struck out 7 and walked 2 in picking up the victory. Up to now Gould has compiled an ERA of 1.79 with a 11-1 mark over 15 starts. He has 145 strikeouts in 115.2 innings and has held opponents to a .213 batting average. |
